Soma FAQ
How Does An Online Consultation Work?
In order to receive a prescription for Soma, a doctor consultation must first be performed. This consultation involves filling out a form containing information about your medical history. The form is submitted to the Physician who will approve or decline your request for the medication. A consultation avoids an unnecessary trip to the doctor when the form is sufficient in order to get the medications that you need. Rest assured that your consultation will be with a highly trained and professional Physician so you are always receiving the best care for your needs.
I've Submitted My Order. Now what?
Once an order has been submitted it will go for review. The Physician can approve or deny the request for the prescription. If it is approved, he will write a prescription for the medications, and you can be waiting its arrival in the mail!
Is My Privacy Protected?
We take your privacy very seriously, and take every possible measure to make sure your information is always protected. We use all of the latest security and technology to ensure that all of your information is safe. Orders are shipped in plain white packaging so that you are the only one who knows the contents of the package.
Can You Deliver To A Post Office Box?
Currently orders can not be sent to a P.O.Box. This is because your medication must be signed for upon its arrival at your home. Because of this it is also important to ensure that you will be home at the time of the delivery as well.
Can I Cancel My Order?
An order can be canceled only if it has yet to be approved by the Physician and has not yet shipped. An order that has been approved and/or shipped does not offer the option of canceling.
What About Returns?
Returns of any type are not allowed. FDA regulations prohibit any medications to be returned once they have left the pharmacy.
Can You Ship To International Addresses?
Currently orders can be shipped only to U.S. addresses. Some U.S. states will not allow medications to be shipped through the mail. Read over our list of states that we can ship to so that you know if we are able to send medications to your state.
